Please see the instruction below on how to clear cache and
cookies:-
Click on three dots on the top right corner of
the edge browser and select Settings.
Select “Privacy, search and services” and then
select “Choose what to clear” under section Clare browsing data.
Time range should be “All time” and make sure
you have only ticked last two option – 1. Cookies and other site data and 2.
Cached images and files. Press clear now.
After clearing cached and cookies files, close
the browser completely and re-try accessing the URL again
