Outlook Web access - Adding From and BCC

If you permanently want to see the From or BCC field:-

Click on Settings cog  then View all Outlook settings (bottom of the list) select Email and Compose and reply tick Always show under the Message format section.



























To change who the email is sent from:-

Start to compose an email, if the From box is not displayed, not required permanently,  click on the three dots and select Show From

 

Then click on From and select Other email address… if the one you need is not shown type the address in.

 

The Bcc field is to the right if not already displayed.

Once you’ve sent a few emails it should remember the email address and show in the drop down list.
