OneDrive - View your storage
To view your OneDrive storage:
1. Click
the blue cloud OneDrive icon from the bottom-right corner

- Click
on the Settings cog then click Manage storage

- Storage
Metrics will be loaded and will display how much storage is used under
the Documents folder which you can expand further if required.
4. You
can delete duplicate/unneeded files from your OneDrive. Once you have deleted
all the files you do not need, click on the "recycle bin" link and then click "Empty recycle bin". This removes the files
permanently from your OneDrive and also frees up space on your OneDrive.

Please also be aware storage can increase where multiple
versions of the same data exists
